Handmade Stained Glass Cross – "A Cross of Light and Love"

Each of these handcrafted stained glass crosses is a symbol of light, hope, and enduring love. Created using the time-honoured Tiffany technique, every cross is lovingly made by hand, ensuring no two are ever the same, and look different in every light.

Measuring approximately 9.3 inches tall by 6.6 inches wide, the cross is composed of 17 individual pieces of carefully selected glass. Each piece is hand-cut, the edges meticulously ground, then wrapped in copper foil before being soldered together with precision. The piece is finished with an elegant pewter antique silver patina, enhancing its timeless beauty. Each one unique and different.

At the centre of the cross shines a heart, made from vibrant dichroic glass that dances with colour as it catches the light — a reminder of the warmth and love that guide us through life’s journey.

A strong metal loop is soldered to the top, allowing the cross to be easily hung on a wall, where it can catch the light and cast a soft glow of colour and peace into any space.

Whether given as a gift for a baptism, wedding, confirmation, or in memory of a loved one, this cross is a lasting piece of handmade art, carrying a heartfelt meaning with it.
